On 1st of April, I have made my purchase and it went smoothly. Couple of days later I have received my notification of shipment and tracking code. The package first arrived to the Netherlands, even though shipping address was in Germany. Oh well, it is normal I guess. Hence PostNL was responsible for delivery. Since 30th of April my package seems to be at a pickup point without any information on it's address. When I contacted to PostNL, they informed me that after leaving the Netherlands they cannot track the package. When I wrote to their customer service, they told me to check their "pickup point" website by entering my postcode, which obviously giving an address 800 km away from shipping address. I still have no clue where my package is and the customer service is definitely incapable. Paying 18$ for shipping and is this what I am getting? Never again!
I ordered the free starter kit and the mystery plate and polish and couldn't be happier. The mystery plate was education related which was awesome because I am a teacher. I received everything in less than a week. The stamper is super easy to use and the designs are adorable. I love using them on myself and my daughters.
Saw an advertisement that you could get a free starter kit and just pay shipping. Wanted to try stamping so decided to purchase it, also bought about $60 of other items while I was at it. Went through check out, paid, no problems. Got an email the next day to say that the offer was only available in the states and that as an international shipper (which was clear before they allowed me to check out in the first place) I would have to send them more money via PayPal if I wanted my order. They then made it sound like they were doing me a favor canceling my order when I refuse to send more money. Absolute scam artists
I paid 18$ for shipping and I was waiting for my package for 2 months! The customer support and overall company policy are terrible. I wrote several emails to support, never got any useful information or even an apology for long waiting. The products quality are fine, but not better than stamping products from other brands (which by the way, have better customer service, cheaper prices, cheaper and faster shipping). I will never order again from Maniology!
